Biography
I am a figurative painter working on urban landscapes, portraits and nudes, mainly in oils and pastels.
After graduating from Art Collage in the 1970s and travelling for six months around the world, i returned to England and worked for nine years as a medical artist at the Charing Cross Hospital. I then went travelling again to India and the Far East for a spell.
On my return I got into education, first working as a technician and then teaching in adult education. I have taught at Dulwich Picture gallery and various institutes in south London. For five years I also ran workshops in France and at the Earnley Centre in West Sussex.
Over the years I have worked in many studios and exhibited in around London in mixed shows. My present studios is in Kingston.
