Alex was born in Chicago, USA and arrived in England in 1963. She studied sculpture at John Cass, School of Fine Art6 in East London and worked professionally with clients all over the world until 2007. Since then she has studied painting at the Royal College of Art, the Heatherley School of Fine Art and the Prince’s Drawing School.
She has had portrait commissions from various sources but is now concentrating on still life.
