1939 – 2013
It is with enormous sadness that we pass on the news that Julian Barrow – who had served as the Chelsea Art Society’s President for the last 23 years – died suddenly on Tuesday the 3rd of September 2013.
Julian had been a long standing and enthusiastic member of the Society and his generous input will be much missed.
